also known as dR. tOYA,
a native of Eastover, SC, is a writing consultant, program manager, servant leader, and serial entrepreneur. Currently living in Chicago, IL, she has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Clemson University, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Health Education and Promotion from Walden University. She is the oldest of three girls and aunt/godmother to eight beautiful children.
In 2017, inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of her parents, she established her first business specializing in event coordination and writing services. In serial entrepreneurial fashion, she was inspired by her love of writing and journaling to establish her brand and second business, Always Written, in 2021. Always Written offers writing consulting services, custom products, and her personal lifestyle blog.
