Best Pens for Your Writing Needs

Have you ever tried to write down something important only to find that your pen doesn’t work? I’ve been there more times than I can count. It’s honestly inconvenient and super frustrating, especially when writing is a part of our daily lives in some shape or form. Whether taking notes, writing a paper, journaling, brainstorming, or signing a document, writing with a great pen is necessary!

As a writer, having the best pen is essential to everything I do. Over the years, I have written with a variety of pens from gel to ballpoint. Some were great and some weren’t, but eventually, I found the top 3 pens that get the job done every time! Let’s get into it!

#1: Sharpie S-Gel Pens

These pens are the best of the best! They give smooth lines and are long-lasting, easy-to-hold pens. Perfect for everyday writing, document signing, and/or note-taking, the Sharpie S-Gel Pens come in different colors and are great for lefties. The only downside to this pen is the higher price point, but ultimately, it’s worth the investment.

#2: Pentel R.S.V.P. Pens

These are my absolute favorite pens! I use them every day and literally have them everywhere. Providing smooth lines, multiple colors, and ballpoint sizes, the Pentel R.S.V.P. pens are top tier for all types of writing. When you write, you will experience smooth writing, no skipping, and limited bleeding. Each pen is easy to grip and is great for those who have small handwriting, like me. Colors outside of black and blue may have some skipping or bleeding, but overall, these are one of the best pens to add to your collection.

#3: Pilot G2 Pens

The Pilot G2 pens are high quality and have been a popular favorite for many years! With smear-proof, smooth writing technology and an easy grip, these pens allow you to have an easy writing flow every time. They are also one of the most affordable quality pens on the market. Although these pens allow for great writing, they sometimes require a little extra scribble to roll the ball for more ink flow at times. Despite that, the price is too good to pass up.

All these pens have been game-changers in helping me to be more productive when writing and journaling. It makes a difference when you can pick up a pen and write seamlessly every time. Feel free to try them out and let me know which one works best for you! Happy pen shopping!
